We are currently hiring an Event Space Assistant
The Event Space Assistant is responsible for overseeing the booking, organization, and seamless execution of events within our space. This role serves as a secondary point of contact for facilitators, renters, and community partners, ensuring every event aligns with our brand values and runs smoothly from inquiry to wrap-up. Working with the owner to create a team to execute events, help facilitators with their events and assist in communication. This role also entails preparing the space and resetting the space after events.
What you’ll do:
Support facilitators, renters, and community partners
Help plan, prep, and reset our space for events
Be part of a small, collaborative team bringing events to life
What we’re looking for:
Detail-oriented & proactive
Strong communication & team player skills
Customer service, hospitality, or event experience
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible, on-call, up to 10 hours/week. Compensation based on experience.
