This is an introductory course to block printing. Local artist Lauren Correia will guide you in sketching and learning how to translate drawings into positive and negative space. The design will be transferred to a block, and you will learn to use carving tools to create your stamp. Finally we will print using ink and rollers.
You will bring home a unique stamp to create your own paper or fabric goods such as cards and patches, and will have gained aweome new skills in a highly addictive artform!
