A curated weekend marketplace featuring local makers, artisans, creatives, and small businesses. The pop-up curated market store will be happening 2 weekends, November 27th/28th and December 4/5th, 2026.
Instead of setting up a booth and spending the weekend behind a table, vendors simply bring us their goods. Our team curates the collection, sets up the shop, creates the shopping experience, and handles sales throughout the weekend at Gather Comox.
Customers get to discover a rotating selection of unique, locally made goods, while vendors get the opportunity to reach new customers without having to staff a market themselves. This also allows our vendors to be in 2 places at once those weekends because we handle all the staffing and sales for each market pop-up store weekend.
At the end of the weekend, vendors receive their share of sales, making it a simple, low-lift way to showcase and sell their work. You make 100% of your profit of your goods.
You make it. We gather it. You get paid.
How it works:
Once you have completed the application form and have received an acceptance email we will redirect you back to our website for payment.
We will get back to you within 3 business days with a yes or no - We reserve the right to refuse any applications that do not fit our vision or if we already have existing vendors that are similar products.
Once you have been approved we will reach out with more details of the prep and drop off dates for your market weekend(s). Your vendor package will also include our pick up information for any un-sold items and how we would like you to price and tag your items for helping us keep organized.
If you choose to participate in both weekend (Amazing choice!) then we will safely store your products in between in a heated secure location on site.
After the markets we will then send you an e-transfer with 100% of your sales
Market Weekends:
Friday November 27th (Mayor Tree Lighting) 3-8pm + Saturday November 28th 10-5pm - $200
Friday December 4th 3-8pm + Saturday December 5th 10-5pm - $200
Both weekends $350

High end, professionally packaged and sealed Spices, Salts, Teas, Jams, jellies, pickles, condiments
High end knit fashion wear, hats, gloves, mitts, scarves
High end printed scarves or shawls, silk, eco printing
High end candles
Leather or high end fabric purses and bags
Beautiful Wreaths made from willow, cedar
Other seasonal high end decor

Once you have completed the application form and have received an acceptance email we will redirect you back to our website for payment. We look forward to having you as a vendor! Full payment must be made on our website or by e-transfer to reserve your spot. All documents must be received by November 6, 2026, for the November 27/28 Markets or by November 13 for the December 4/5 Market for you to be considered approved and reserved.
